Animal rights activists released undercover video from a major pig supplier that appears to show rampant abuse at the facility. Mercy for Animals captured the horrific footage from Iowa Select Farms and it’s forcing a few grocers to reconsider buying products from the cruel company.

This video is hard to watch, that being said it won't stop me from eating pork. By the time the pork gets to my table, I assume it is as clean as can be (based on whether I get sick or not). As far as cruelty goes, I imagine you could make a montage of people treating other people with far more cruelty, but I wouldn't boycott people either. Or take food out of there mouths, there will be no hunger or starvation here.
Pigs are pretty inteligent, and I just can't help thinking how they perceive us (or these "farmers") .. Probably like some nazi aliens. Fucked up!
@Wilber Charlotte: I think the important question to ask after watching this video is: Do I want my money rewarding this company for how it produces pork? Boycotting all pork isn't for you, fair enough, but do you want to support these people, given how hard it was to watch them doing what they do?
That was truly horrific! Could not finish watching the clip. I may never be able to eat pork again bu if I do I will be diligent about ensuring that it was humanely produced on an ethical farm.
there is nothin bad bout that i breed pigs work on a farm for 1 day n u will c
