From the producers of Lars von Trier’s Melancholia and Dancer in the Dark (ooh?), here’s a trailer-clip for the Drafthouse Film release Klown. It’s about two Danish dudes on “a secret adulterous weekend canoe trip” through the countryside, a brothel, a hospital, a prison, etc., breaking “taboos.” Debauchery and hilarity presumably ensues, as per above’s awkwardness. But she made pancakes!

And it gets more awkward: “When Frank discovers his girlfriend is pregnant and having doubts about his ability to be a father, Frank ‘kidnaps’ her 12-year-old nephew and brings him along for the ride. Despite their new impressionable travel companion, Frank and Casper make no changes to their original raunchy itinerary.” Critic-dubbed as “raunchy, fearless and awesome!” and starring Danish comedians you don’t know, it’s out July 27th. See it before The Hangover director makes an American version. Shiver.
