The same crew of bitchy Brooklynites who sued to have the Prospect Park West Bike lane removed and LOST, is appealing last summer’s ruling and the costs could start adding up. So far, the city has ante upped over $140,000 to fight a lawsuit against a bike lane that the majority of residents support. But this is different. Although their legal strategy is virtually unchanged, their ironically rebranded name, “Neighbors For Better Bike Lanes,” is.
