An atheist organization is erecting a billboard that’s sure to invite controversy, press, and most likely, vandalism, if not outright destruction. Written in Hebrew and English, it’s from a group called American Atheists and will be placed in a predominantly orthodox Jewish section of Williamsburg for a month.There’s also another one in Arabic that’s going up in Paterson, New Jersey which was specifically designed to agitate the Muslim population there. It should be interesting to see which religious community overreacts first.
