Another Banksy piece has been destroyed in Melbourne, Australia, because a builder was not informed that the particular ratty stencil floating above a graffiti mural was very valuable and expensive. And so, the silhouette of a parachuting critter is now erupting with bathroom pipe.

It is the third work by Banksy in the city that has been destroyed by accident in the past two years. Between accidental whitewashing in Bristol, various instances of piece poaching in the US and Banksy’ed concrete slab hijacking in Palestine, it’s not surprising that the street artist’s every ditty is hyped, boarded up or awaiting legal protection.

Then again, yeah, it is.
