Last October, British street artist Ben Einewith the curatorial assistance of New York City graffiti ambassador Alan “KET” — took his signature letterforms and painted them on metal shutters throughout Inwood and the Bronx creating an urban alphabet across two boroughs. Almost a year later, a video interview surfaced of him while working on that project in “Uptown New York.” He also gives the funniest answer for why he doesn’t do anything illegal anymore: “I’m a little bit older and I can’t run away from cops.”
