Thanks, Nowness, for kicking of an all culinary week, starting with celebrated British chef Margot Henderson — who happens to be a redhead — hosting an unusual banquet that steadily bursts into flames. The dramatic short titled “Burning Bush” is an ode to gingers and consists entirely of autumnal red tones, down to the ingredients used to make the spaghetti: dried mullet’s roe aka “gold of the ocean,” phosphorescent sea urchins, bubbling pasta, sautéed onions and a glass of Negroni.

Henderson who is an avid promoter of redheads power, has hosted a get-together exclusively for art crowd’s fiery-haired members at Frieze London 2012. She had the following to say on the subject:
