Amidst all the mostly bored workers sitting in trucks from out-of-state power companies–apparently there’s nothing they could be doing right now–was this small beacon of hope in Union Square North: a “temporary” Chase Bank ATM, to relieve cash-strapped Manhattanites who’ve been deprived by the blackout.
