Check out this eerie little film the Brooklyn Botanic Garden just posted. It shows the “Children’s Garden Parade,” a march by Brooklyn tykes through the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, in 1928. The completely silent 90-second clip of boys and girls who are now completely ancient, if not dead, would be ideal for one of those The Ring-style horror film smash cut interludes. Ugh. Spooky.

I don't get it.. When is the creepy part?
I see nothing creepy or spooky about this film. I agree with Ernie.
No, not particularly creepy at all; the children are not super regimented or sullen looking (which would’ve made this kinda creepy). They look actually very happy to be out and the scariest thing about this is how well dressed they all are.
