Did you witness the events of November 15th, when the NYPD descended on Occupy Wall Street’s sprawling encampment at Liberty Plaza (aka Zuccotti Park) under the cover of darkness and dismantled it? If so, and you happened to take video/photos of the People’s Library being pillaged, books getting destroyed, or Department of Sanitation garbage trucks lining the perimeter as workers crushed personal belongings, the OWS legal team, headed by Constitutional paladin Norman Siegel, could probably use it in their lawsuit against the city. I visited the civil rights lawyer last week to show him what I was able to capture that night despite the police-instituted media blackout and even the above photo was helpful to him. So, if you’re sitting on content, email it here.
