King Kelly is a new experimental flick shot entirely on iPhones premiered earlier at SXSW this year and here’s the first trailer. Follow ditzy teen valley girl King Kelly as she tries to balance her “erotic dance internet thing,” her sloppy drug running, her messy affairs and deep, deep vanity.

Apparently, things get interesting when her ex steals her car and her #1 fan in uniform shows up. Enchanted IndieWire called it “a ferocious indictment of Generation Me” with a “the rabbit hole of excess” but what we’re seeing here is vapidness gallore, with an undercurrent of film noir. It’s very similar in concept to Clip only less 15-years-old, less Serbian and less dark. So much less dark, it’s pink and sparkly.
