While the New York subway system is a depressing drag, at least it’s not snowing inside. Something must be very wrong with that ventilation system. Or… something very right! MAGIC!

Check out this video shot on the Kiev Metro. Check out those Ukrainian fellows sitting somberly as snowflakes encrust their stooped shoulders and furrowed brows. Check out that little kid, his spirit yet unbroken, having a good time playing with the snow flurries accumulating on the seats. He’s probably thinking, “Oh fun!” and not so much, “Oh fuck! It’s snowing inside the train!”
Terrible.
This was during a heavy snowfall, and the snow was blown into the subway cars through the open ventilation ducts. Please, don't overreact – no bears in the Red Square in Moscow, no snow in subway in Kiev.
