The H train is a temporary subway shuttle in the Rockaways that’s been taking passengers from Far Rockaway-Mott Ave to Beach 90th St. since mid-November, and will presumably continue operating until A train service is fully restored. And now, you can rock hoodies, t-shirts, and buttons inspired by the brand-new line, brought to you by the MTA and the New York Transit Museum, and with all proceeds going to the Graybeards, a Rockaways-based not-for-profit. “We were looking for a way to use our licensed products to help out in the recovery efforts taking place in the Rockaways,” said MTA marketing director Mark Heavey in a statement. “The H line has piqued a lot of interest in subway service in the Rockaways and, with the help of a few of our product licensees, presented us with a unique opportunity to promote the service and to provide tangible assistance to efforts to rebuild that community.”

Prices range from 80 cents for an H train button to $34 for that fine-looking hoodie Joe Lhota is rocking above. Just in time for the holidays!
