Using Indiegogo, Munich photographer Nick Frank hopes to fund a book of photography of his city’s beautiful train stations. The stations’ designs are stark, clean, and futuristic–in short, nothing like the gloriously dirty stops of New York.

From Photo District News:

Shooting the empty stations during off-peak hours, he trains his camera on vanishing points, and accentuates the bold colors, lines, graphics, and architectural details. The result is a collection of  dramatic, futuristic spaces that most of us Munich subway riders don’t see–at least not quite like this–but will certainly recognize.

Frank hopes to use the Indiegogo cash to travel to travel to other international cities–Berlin, Frankfurt, Barcelona, London, even humble New York–and if  funded, Subways will run for about $40. Check the gallery above for more photos.
