In New York, the urban expanse where pedestrians rule the streets, sidewalks, and just about every other travelable surface, designer Andy Jimison and Emmy-winning writer Cory Bortnicker’s new project will come in very handy. They’re called “Pedestrian Penalty Cards” and they allow users to unleash their frustration on misbehaving walkers in a relatively less combative, animated way… assuming the recipient isn’t violent. They represent the most recent artistic rendition in a long line of good etiquette-promoting work. The 14-card set can be bought for $1, but the the look on the face of the person you hand one to? Priceless.
