Brooke Siem and Leslie Feinberg don’t make dry cupcakes. That’s because all of their cupcakes are inspired by cocktails–Irish Car Bombs, Sex on The Beach, White Russians–all tiny baked goods, made with plenty of spirits. The duo, known as the Prohibition Bakery, have been around for a year now, mostly catering events and setting up shop at the Hester Street Fair. But soon, Prohibition Bakery will have a permanent location to sell you tiny boozecakes from, opening up a storefront on 9 Clinton Street. No word on whether or not you’ll need ID to buy.
