RIME and TOPER “Snap Back”

We loved seeing RIME and TOPER’s nostalgic pieces this year in the streets of Chinatown and it’s only appropriate that the Klughaus Gallery’s one-year anniversary show is a “Snap Back.” RIME says:

TOPER is one of my oldest friends and a very talented guy with a very interesting life experience. This show aims to tap into our life experience coming up in New York.

Aw. The “Snap Back – Dangerous Drawings About New York” exhibit features illustrations and paintings from the Brooklyn native duo, and presumably, reflections on TOPER’s days painting alongside Dash Snow (SACE), REVS, DG, SETUP, and SCOPE and RIME’s early days of graffiti doings in Staten Island and rise to international recognition. This is MSK’s RIME first headlining New York show in almost a decade. Check out some works from the show in the gallery. “Snap Back – Dangerous Drawings About New York,” RIME / TOPER, Dec 15 – Jan 1, Klughaus Gallery, NYC
