Ivermectin, a prescription drug ordinarily used to treat parasitic worms, might be the final solution to your bedbug infestation. In a new study, scientists at Virginia’s East Norfolk Medical school were able to kill off large numbers of the nasty bugs by taking the medication and allowing the insects to suck their blood. And according to researcher John Sheele, who headed the study, using ivermectin in conjunction with pesticides may be the key to eliminating your infestation. “Ivermectin is effective against a broad range of insects — body lice, head lice, scabies,” he said. “What I’d like to be able to do is a real-world experiment where we find people who have bed bugs, treat them with the regimen and see does it get rid of their infestation.”
As these disgusting vermin are notoriously difficult to get rid of, any development in the quest to quell them is a good one–even if it requires you to ingest pesticide.

Andy. Your liberties with English are irking me. As someone who disseminates news, why would you tell readers they will need to ingest pesticides to participate in this advance when you yourself state the important distinction that Ivermectin is a drug?
If Armed robbers are burglars and medications are pesticides….I guess bloggers are news reporters?
