Korean artist Do Ho Suh can’t let go. He showed off his “specimens” — doorknobs, light switches, electrical sockets from his old New York apartment — as replicas of stretched, sheer fabric. Right now, in Seoul, South Korea, the bathroom of his apartment at 348 West 22nd street is just hanging there, an airy, ghostly “memory.” He’s also lived in Berlin. Those digs weren’t quite as nice.

So dainty and detailed is this work, it looks as a memory feels like, which is the intended effect. More at: “Home Within Home,” Do Ho Suh, through Jun 3, Leeum Samsung Museum of Art, Seoul, South Korea.
