At the outset of last night’s march for Trayvon Martin, the NYPD was rendered powerless by the throngs of protesters and occupiers who not only outnumbered them, but also seemed to always be several steps ahead of them, from Union Square to Bowling Green, where the police couldn’t even keep order at the site of the highly guarded Wall Street bull. Watch as the barricades surrounding it fall like dominoes. Officers quickly rushed in and restored order, but not before the symbolic statue was thoroughly molested.

Thank you for posting this Bucky..It just goes to show that these people are idiots…How does knocking down barricades help bring justice to OWS and the 1,000,000 hoodie march?? Then they complain when the cops beat their asses…..
dude, go back to Hempstead
powerful words buddy…
ill see u outside the picket lines of kates joint protesting that she's adding meat to her menu…
Dear Animal, why didn't you cover the other big OWS event held downtown yesterday, the Post reported this morning that Jordan Brooks Amos and 2 other occupiers were arrested after dumping buckets of urine and feces at a neighborhood bank branch. Did that story not pass your smell test? What gives?
Because the march was the more important story.
