The Supreme Court recently refused to hear Patrick Cariou’s appeal for his copyright case against Richard Prince. Big up fair use! As per usual, his Twitter account is a wonderful outlet, as previously enjoyed through his tirades against Instagram’s anti-boob policy and all that Bob Dylan-related art trollage. And that time he burned paintings.

Earlier today, he tweeted: “Protest Painting. Fight The Power? I smoked the painting. Then I burned it. My fault? Naw. Swear to god.” Unfortunately, no visual proof for the fate of this work was provided, but basically uh LOOK AT THAT PHOTOSHOP. Fight the power, “Rasta.” Celebrate.
