The Supreme Court recently refused to hear Patrick Cariou’s appeal for his copyright case against Richard Prince. Big up fair use! As per usual, his Twitter account is a wonderful outlet, as previously enjoyed through his tirades against Instagram’s anti-boob policy and all that Bob Dylan-related art trollage. And that time he burned paintings.

Earlier today, he tweeted: “Protest Painting. Fight The Power? I smoked the painting. Then I burned it. My fault? Naw. Swear to god. pic.twitter.com/N65qslwsHG.” Unfortunately, no visual proof for the fate of this work was provided, but basically uh LOOK AT THAT PHOTOSHOP. Fight the power, “Rasta.” Celebrate.
