…but so picturesque. As New Yorkers brave the cold, we should check our modern day privilege, occasionally. Remember how toilsome NYC storms were in the 1800s? In 1905, some weather happened again! It wasn’t 9 degrees… But this is what it looked like. Above, is the Flatiron Building archived on Shorpy. And this is “Fifth Avenue after a snow storm.”
