Brooklyn Cat Kicked By a Terrible Person Is Already Adopted

June 9, 2014 | Marina Galperina

The one-year-old cat who was viciously kicked by terrible person Andre Robinson, has been taken to a new home just hours after being put up for adoption by the ASPCA. It took sixteen people hours of searching for the injured cat before he was brought into the ASPCA Animal Hospital for emergency veterinary care on May 6.

“We are pleased to have found a wonderful home so quickly for King,” says Gail Buchwald, ASPCA Adoption Center senior vice president. “We know some people may be disappointed they did not get a chance to take King home.” It’s Adopt A Shelter Cat month. Though the scrappy survivor has already been adopted, there are many more cats who need to be adopted too, and shouldn’t have to be kicked to do so.

Meanwhile, terrible person Andre Robinson will be known forever for guffawing like an asshole after kicking a tiny animal and having friends dumb enough to share it on Facebook, earning him an aggravated animal cruelty charge. (Photo: ASPCA)
