Klear.me is a new online tool that lets you manipulate any gif into your own personal psychedelic fantasy, using transparency as a starting point. The creator, Vince McKelvie was inspired by oscob, a Tumblr-based artist. The tool allows you to “select a colour for transparency, alter the amount of visible colours, and choose from a range of processes,” Prosthetic Knowledge explains.
