Michael Diamond, also known as Beastie Boy Mike D, recently worked with architects John and Jill Bouratoglou to design his own townhouse. Now, he’s expanded to designing someone else’s — a 4,150 square foot single-family home on 242 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, which will cost $4.98 million.
