The Sky, the 71-story residential tower that looms over the West Side Highway at 605 West 42nd Street, has opened up the housing lottery for 235 apartments retailing below market value. The building, famous for becoming the largest residential building in the city, is also bursting with amenities that include a pool, a putting green and a cafe. Applicants interested in using some of the extra services will be asked to pay “additional fees,” however.

Applications are due by July 13.
