A Brief Guide to San Francisco Characters

In an attempt to classify San Francisco’s notable “eccentrics,” Harmon Leon and Jayde Cardinalli created The Royal Family. Nifty! There’s a Dali-esque gentleman who painted himself red with food coloring until he died of blood poisoning, a bush bandit and a pink-unitarded unicyclist. SF’s self-publishing, pigeon-petting Swan seems like a very well-adjusted version of LA’s Bubble Man and NYC’s Mosaic Man. Is it time for an NYC round up yet?
