ddn021710car002_720770c The FAA gave their blessing to Terrafugia’s “flying car,” granting it a weight exemption that will allow the company to move into actual production of the $194,000 machine. It has a range of 400 miles and boasts a cruising speed of 115 mph in the air and 65 mph on the ground with the wings folded up. Now the scary part: customers have already put down their $10,000 deposits and the first delivery is scheduled for late 2011.
