Back by popular demand, Je t’aime, je t’aime is back at Film Forum through the 18th, because dir. Alain Resnais just died and suicidal time travel is romantic.  ($13, Manhattan)

The Massachusetts punk band California X headlines Shea Stadium with locals Sleepies and LVL UP opening. (7pm, $8, Brooklyn)

Otherless Walls: Andrew Durbin will give a talk on poet and artist-in-residence Bunny Rogers at the Queens Museum. Bunny will also read from her forthcoming book, My Apologies Accepted. (4:30pm, Free, Queens)

The Hunter College MFA/BFA Program in Tribeca announces its Spring Open Studios, with 140 artists. (Fri 6-10pm, Sat 2-6pm, free, Manhattan)

Vincent Tiley will be spending a whole day dancing to sets provided by live DJs at Glasshouse as part of Glasshouse’s 24 Hour Fridays curatorial project: “BABY YOU’RE NEVER THERE” (Until 6pm, Brooklyn)

William Powhida’s show “Overculture” opens at Postmasters. (5:30pm-10pm, Free, Manhattan)

Peerless Chicago footwork producer DJ Rashad takes his high-BPM madness to Cameo Gallery, which seems like an astonishingly small venue for a guy who’s on the kind of roll he’s on. (Midnight, $15, Brooklyn)

Notes on Marie Menken: Martina Kudlácek, director of the critically acclaimed In the Mirror of Maya Deren brings us the story of Marie Menken (1909-1970), one of New York’s outstanding underground filmmakers, who inspired and worked with renowned artists Andy Warhol, Stan Brakhage, Jonas Mekas, Kenneth Anger and Gerard Malanga, and became known as “the mother of the avant-garde.” (5pm, $5, Brooklyn)

There’s a Party Monster-themed comedy show at Shea Stadium with acts like Hari Kondabalu, Dan St. Germain, and Jordan Carlos on the bill. Macaulay Culkin may or may not be in attendance. (7pm, $5, Brooklyn)
