Ground Zero Now Includes All of Lower Manhattan

Earlier this week, the Times mentioned how, in the wake of the mosque controversy, Ground Zero’s boundary has become what somewhat “elastic” and for many, expands beyond the 16-acre site. And now, the Associated Press is confirming it: “9/11 family members and others say the name transcends that boundary and can include all of lower Manhattan, where debris was scattered.”
