Hip hop mogul Jay Z went ahead and launched a new collection with Barneys on Wednesday, despite several claims of racial profiling against the upscale retailer by black customers. Boxer shorts ($2590), t-shirts ($995), and ski masks ($695) are just some of the absurdly priced products being sold. There’s 30 items that would cost a total of $156,648 if bought all at once.

“I haven’t made any comments because I am waiting on facts and the outcome of a meeting between community leaders and Barneys,” said Jay Z in a written statement when the controversy started brewing. It’s unclear what meeting he is referring to, but yesterday, the CEO of Barneys and (Macy’s) skipped a hearing being conducted by the City Council.
