New Rule: Get the Conspiracy Right!
It all started last year when Bill Maher started shooshing his own Real Time audience when they applauded soundbytes they agreed with that his transformation towards asshole-ism began. And although he's on point when it comes to many of the issues, he seems to be increasingly morphing into the smug prick of a personality he often rails against. In his latest episode—108th to be exact—William Jr. blew it during his closing 'New Rules' segment. He blasted the so called "conspiracy theorists" for claiming the "Twin Towers" were brought down by controlled demolition. But what the halfwit either didn't bother to research Google or the more likely, had his own head too far up his own ass to realize, was that the "controlled demolition camp" stays far away—blocks—from Towers 1 and 2 and focus exclusively on what happened to WTC 7. It's the one building that even the most reasonable of people will agree fell rather dubiously. So Billy-boy, at least have the balls to get it right before you complacently dismiss the research of many prominent constructional engineers and demolition experts. Don't assume that everyone's panhandling for Loose Change and just take the ten or so seconds and actually watch the video for yourself and guaranteed you'll "write a blog" on the Huff Post, apologizing for not even a bare bones fact checking before prescribing Paxil.
