McCain Spotted On the Street
With most street artists showing support for Obama by posting up images of his mug, it's nice to see others are doing so by taking a crack at McCain. This 'Police and Thieves' poster was spotted in Los Angeles. And whether it's a tribute to Junior Murvin's 1976 reggae hit bearing the same name or to The Clash's punk version of the song is irrelevant, the point is the same: McCain is scary. Plus, after reiterating his commitment to a hundred year war in Iraq at the Petraeus spin show yesterday, maybe that warmonger comment wasn't too far off after all. |ArtForAChange|

It's quite significant that an image of an Italian policeman was used for this poster. Beware when you come to Italy, not only you can get raped or killed by a drunken driver, you can also get killed by a policeman for no reason whatsoever. Check out Amnesty International's yearly report of Italian Police abuse if you wish...
