Papal Error
This image of a crashing Pope Benedict was submitted as part of some Fark.com Photoshop contest. It was created by this guy, who even dished out his graphic design secret, "[A] buddy of mine helped make the actual button in Excel using Visual basic." And to think we almost mistook this as divine inspiration.

Nice! To be fair, the button creation was a quick-fix: I didn't have Photoshop handy, so I was forced to use MS Paint in that pinch.
