Since 1985, noted pun butcherer Kenneth Cole has produced amfAR's advertising. When he has presented newsworthy stats, the ads have been very effective. When he has—as is his wont—tried to get too punny, the ads have been very confusing.
Here, again, with this new West Side Highway billboard, the pun doesn't quite exactly work; you're calling a condom a prostitution ring? But at least it's fun! It tweaks the twitching penis of former New York governor and hooker-banger Eliot Spitzer—who reportedly preferred to ride bareback. So maybe this safe sex board can count towards community service for him?
