China Ad Watch: Hey, It's BenGay!
Over the last few of years, the Commie-capitalists have started to stretch out their wacky creative ad muscles. Here they strain them a little bit. Who knew BenGay was even still on the market? I believe this was the last ever US-placed ad. Anyway, an A for effort—if not for execution—goes out to ad agency JWT Shanghai for this funny headline/visual playfulness. But as any fan of the beautiful game of futbol knows, the guy on the ground is more than likely faking his injury. And as a commenter at Ads Of The World points out, the player injured his right leg, but the trainer appears to be holding a left leg. Oops.

Dunno.... after the Amnesty international ads I sort of expected the referee to hold a bloody machete. is it me or is it in the same style of photography, with artificial lights and loads of blue added?
