Subway Sued Over 'Cold Cut' Sandwich
A designer for Homo Xtra magazine bit into a Subway sandwich and allegedly found a "filthy" knife with a serrated blade in it. He's suing for $1 million and his lawyer had this to say: "It is outrageous that someone would have to worry about swallowing a metal knife and it is unthinkable that Subway, which makes fortunes off its campaign of 'Eat fresh,' would allow something like this to happen." |NYP|
