The Most Unoriginal Print Ad Ever Produced?

And believe me, that’s saying something in this borrowed interest-addicted industry. Via Poland, this ad for Bic pens with the headline “Anyone can be an artist” is of course an amazingly lazy re-purposing of the famous 1919 Marcel Duchamp mocking of the Mona Lisa. Neo-Dadaism to sell pens? Pens that are used for writing, not drawing? This would actually be a slightly better visual for a Bic razor ad, right? Not sold on my headline claim yet? Please understand that these represent merely a drop in the uncreative shit bucket of Mona Lisa usage in ad history.
