Housing Authority Tests Broken Window Theory


Does the Housing Authority not have some extra plywood to spare, or at the very least, garbage bags and some duct tape? Apparently a fire broke out in an apartment on the Humboldt Street side of the Bushwick Houses projects a few days and has remained exposed to the environment ever since. There’s a total of nine windows that were busted up. With the recent rainfall and more forecasted for the weekend, this can’t be good.
