Mr. Cee Pleads Guilty to What Funkmaster Flex Said Was Lies

As you may recall, ANIMAL confirmed that legendary hip hop fixture, Mister Cee was busted for public lewdness back in April when police spotted him getting a blowjob from a transvestite in his car. Today, The Finisher appeared in court and plead guilty to “loitering for the purpose of engaging in in a prostitution offense.”

He won’t face any jail time, but will be required to undergo three months of counseling, although it might be fellow Hot97 deejay Funkmaster Flex who needs it. When news broke of the arrest, he unleashed a tirade of words and bombs that made him sound insane asylum crazy.

Hot97 DJ Funk Flex dropped bombs during his radio show tonight in support of his man, ‘The Finisher’ Mister Cee, after Power105.1 did what any rival radio station would do… they went in deep on the renowned DJ’s arrest. Naturally, Flex was outraged and let the sound effects and words fly. But as details surrounding the case seem to get uglier by the hour, does he really want to be one in the driver’s seat?

This past Friday night, Jay-Z debuted a game-changing street single called “D.O.A.” (Death of Auto-Tune) that sent the Hip Hop community into a tizzy, but not without some controversy. For the uninitiated, Auto-Tune is a popular program most associated with making artists sound like robots and while R&B singer T-Pain is often regarded as the most frequent offender, it has spread like a virus across the industry with lots of rappers using it too. Anyway, while some people were arguing whether or not No I.D. solely produced the track or why Kanye West would be involved in the first place after the liberal amounts of Auto-Tune he put down on his last album, others were thinking what a sad comedy it was for Hot 97 DJs Funk Flex and Mister Cee to treat the track like it was some sort of dub plate made specifically for them. True, the radio station got the exclusive and some shout outs too, but that track was made for the streets.

As Splash notes, Flex even launched into a long-winded diatribe about how other radio stations better not “bother editing out me & Cee’s name.” Yet, AMAZINGLY, they went ahead and did just that to DJ Clue, who was also shouted out on the original track. But it was removed from Hot 97′s version, instantly transforming both these dudes into blathering hypocrites. For their sake and not Auto-Tune’s, please, a moment of silence!
