In what must be an attempt to try and further justify outrageous rents for luxury project living—besides the mass arboretum initiative currently going on—Peter Cooper installed these high tech monitors in the lobbies delivering everything from residential notices (Art Show, yay!) to breaking news, the latest sports scores, and weather reports. Isn’t this just the kind of thing you want to come home to after an already sensory overloaded day? Stories like the one highlighted after the jump make for a storybook ending after a hard day’s work.
