Basically, it will save money, resources, and give police the opportunity to focus their energies on real crime. With just eight days to go before California’s Proposition 19 is voted on, the latest polls showed support decreasing, but could that be due to the method in which they were taken? According to internal numbers, it’s quite possible as individuals tended to be less supportive of the measure when responding to live interviewers compared to automated surveys, proving that there’s still a stigma attached to the legalization issue and that people still don’t trust the man, who in this case, happens to be a pollster.

On November 2nd, California voters will decide whether to legalize weed and according to a new Field Poll, support for Proposition 19 is growing, with 49% now in favor, 42% opposed and 9% undecided.
