As you’ll see, the art contraption is a potentially life-ending ride for anyone but it’s creator, Mark Gonzales, seen popping over curbs in the final clip. The nine-board construction is currently on display at Gonzales’ solo show, “Round n’ Round,” through November 28th at Franklin Parrasch Gallery, 20 West 57th Street 7th floor.

Speaking of niche zines and their second editions comes volume 2 of OneOneNine magazine. This 48 page artsy design magazine is printed in only two colors and features “emerging” artists and designers, making it par for the course for the indy media scene. Josh Spears
