After yesterday’s cruel unveiling of her pre-altered, not-so-skinny lower half, Kim Kardashian quickly went into Operation Save Face mode. She conceded to having some of the jiggly lopped off via Photoshop, but, she says, what celebrity doesn’t? Fair enough. Kim also claims she’s proud of her curvy figure and hopes this incident shows the world (the kids!) that even do-nothing pseudo-celebrities like herself can be both physically deformed plus mentally deficient and still end up on the cover of a magazine.

Marc Ecko shopazine, Complex, created quite a stir when they released their April/May issue that featured a CGI rendering of Kanye West on the cover, transforming the rapper from a black man into a silver-skinned cyborg. But he wasn’t the only one getting the technological treatment, it looks like their retouchers did a bunch of work on cover girl Kim Kardashian too. We spotted this image (left) of the talentless starlet this morning in their “web exclusive” gallery, but by afternoon she was looking recognizably altered (right) and then removed from the site completely.
