I’m not really sure what exactly set this woman off while riding the subway in a recently uploaded YouTube video, but clearly she’s mad and perhaps a bit bigoted as well. At least the lady is an equal opportunity racist. Shots fired … at everyone. Even Occupy Wall Street gets thrown into her xenophobic mix. Talk about uncomfortable commutes.

Nate Hill’s White Ambassador Critiques Twitter Racism in Harlem

NYC’s Nate Hill takes Harlem with his new piece The White Ambassador. What’s with the white face, you ask? The NYPD’s Anti-Terrorism Deployments Snag Pot Heads Instead

An AP investigation discovered the NYPD’s Intelligence Division kept a list of ”28 countries that, along with ‘American Black Muslims,’ are considered to be ‘ancestries of interest.’” Mayor Bloomberg compared the practice to “screening for measles” with young people, and claimed they didn’t unfairly target any groups. Squinty eyes aren’t just for Asians, stoners, or Miley Cyrus anymore. Now slanted eyes are high fashion. Vogue Nippon shot an editorial featuring a white model decked out in Dolce & Gabbana with her eyes taped back. Racism! Does this represent a new level of whitewashing in fashion or is pulling back your eyes the new blackface?

Racist Russian Nationalists Accuse Artist of Racial Hatred

A Russian ultra-nationalist group often cited for inciting racial hatred – against Article 282 of the Russian Criminal Code – is trying to have the code overturned. And so, they filed the same complaint against Moscow artist Lena Hades for supposedly inciting hatred against Russians with her artwork (which she isn’t). A court ruling may overturn the article.
