After being arrested last summer for tagging “some 30 homes and businesses,” Mirabal agreed to a plea deal requiring restitution and joining the Army. He didn’t enlist and was reindicted on the original charge as well as two others since May. As part of the new sentencing agreement, Mirabal must serve a full two years before he is eligible for parole. |KrisTV|
