Unlawfully Arrested Photographer Files $2 Million Lawsuit

No_photographs_stickers-1.pngYesterday, an MTA employee and transit buff who was arrested for taking photos in a Bronx subway station filed a $2 million lawsuit against the city for his wrongful arrest. In February, 31-year-old Robert Taylor was arrested and held for three hours for the nonexistent crime of taking photos in a Bronx subway station. Since then the charges have been dropped and the NYPD has been reminding officers that shooting photos in public is perfectly legal. |NYP|
