The latest update to the video sharing app Vine adds two features that make it a vastly more capable filmmaking tool. First, there’s “Time Machine,” which allows you to rearrange clips after you’ve shot them just like you would in professional film editing suite.
Second, there’s the ability to save Vines as you’re working on them and come back to them. As The Verge points out, you’ve always been able to leave in-progress vines sitting there, but now you’ll be able to have several pending at a time at a time, and access all of the app’s features while you’re doing it. This should make things like time lapse videos much easier.
Is another film festival in order?
