Every year I see writeups of the most extravagant or extreme Christmas displays that often includes a story about some asshole’s electricity bill that costs thousands of dollars, but I can never relate. Unlike the suburbs, most city dwellers don’t have adequate window area or exterior space to hang decorative lights. Renters have to do the best they can with what they can, which isn’t much. Check out the gallery above to see how some tenants in Brooklyn’s Bushwick Houses are rocking their holiday displays.
