Jersey Man Who Shot Pet Parrot for Jabbering During NASCAR Race Indicted

A New Jersey man has been indicted on animal cruelty charges after he shot and killed his parrot last summer when the colorful bird wouldn’t shut the fuck up during a very important NASCAR race. 67-year-old Dennis Zeglin of Morristown faces five years in prison and a $15,000 fine if convicted. I wonder what kind of treatment one gets in prison from other inmates when you’re in there for shooting a bird with a BB gun? |CBS|
